The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They never made promises they did not keep and there was no pressure. They went overboard to try to make you happy and comfortable.

Went there without an appointment. After waiting around for 15 minutes, finally one of the service writers acknowledge me. He then had the service manager go with me for a test drive. The service manager took the car and updated the firmware. That did not solve the problem.The next day, I found the problem which was the disconnected air intake pipe, connected it, and the problem was solved!

I had a great experience. Parker in the service department was very helpful and informative. I had some technical issues with my jaguar f pace and they fixed everything and offered shuttle services to and from wherever i needed to go. Loyd was also very nice and transported me to and from to pick up and drop off my vehicle. Great service!
Mark Maniko was my sales guy 20 years ago and he is still there today with knowledge, integrity and paramount customer service. The showroom is new and set up is very efficient. I love the electric SUV, i Pace...they beat all the other car MFG to the market with a luxury product.
